At-Home Counseling Program
with Self Analysis Counseling
We have designed a special counseling program for people to do at home. This is counseling done by yourself from the book Self Analysis, in which you use gentle techniques as directed by the book to explore your past and your experiences and give you relief from your unwanted feelings and behaviors.
One of our counselors will help you get going on the program and is available to answer your questions and help you as needed. We have kept the program very economical so that anyone can afford it and get the help they need. Since Self Analysis’s publication in 1951, many hundreds of thousands of people have been able to live happier, more successful lives as result of Self Analysis Counseling.

Self Analysis At-Home Counseling Program
➀ Personality Test
The first step is a personality test. It consists of a series of questions that analyze specific areas of your life and how you deal with situations and relationships.
We use the Oxford Capacity Analysis, which is the most accurate personality test available. We test ten key personality traits that give insight into your strong points and your problem areas. We’ll evaluate the results with you so that you can have a full understanding.
➁ Your Counselor
You’ll meet your counselor who will be overseeing your at-home counseling with Self Analysis. The first time you talk to your counselor, they will ask you more about your life and situation. Sometimes they recommend additional specific actions for you to do to help you reach your counseling goals. They will work with you through the duration of the program.

➂ Self-Analysis At-Home Counseling
You will be doing your counseling from the book Self Analysis. We'll ship it out to you (or you can pick it up) along with a course book you can do to help you better understand the procedure.
Your counselor will help you get going on your Self Analysis at-home counseling. They will work with you until you can do it easily. They will remain in contact with you on a regular basis to help you through the counseling and any difficult spots.
The supervised program duration is about eight weeks, although you are welcome to continue with your Self Analysis counseling indefinitely after program end!
Our Program Director
Hali is our Program Director. She will work with you on the different steps of your program. Hali will also lend you a friendly ear when you need it! She is passionate about helping people feel happier and have the lives they want to have.
Our Self Analysis Do-It-Yourself Counseling Program is just $75. It includes the manual, Self Analysis, a course book with free gradin and, regular appointments with your counselor for the duration of the program. Program length is about eight weeks.
How Self Analysis Counseling Works
In Self Analysis Counseling you will be exploring your past, recalling specific moments in your life along with your perceptions at that time. You will find yourself recovering forgotten memories of pleasurable times, capabilities you had, people you knew and times you were confident and happy. The focus of your explorations will be on the good things that have taken place in your life. A concentration upon happier circumstances tends to discharge the unhappy circumstances.
This process reveals and discharges moments of mental discomfort. This makes experiences that contain physical or emotional pain have less and less effect on you.
As a result, you can experience considerable emotional release and change of attitude. Your ability to be happy and enjoy things can increase. Many people also improve their memory and ability to focus.
Self Analysis Counseling is done using the book Self Analysis written by L. Ron Hubbard, author of Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health, the groundbreaking #1 New York Times bestselling book on the human mind. Many hundreds of thousands of people across the world have used Self Analysis Counseling to live happier, more fulfilling lives. You will be using lists of questions specially designed by the author and you will learn a technique called Straightwire, where, through the questions in the book you are directed, much like a telephone wire, directly to a memory in the past.
Counseling with Self Analysis can be quite an adventure and you can expect to know a lot more about you when you finish! As L. Ron Hubbard says in the book: “May you never be the same again.”
